Comcast has run into more legal troubles over its forced TCP reset packets, as three class-action lawsuits have been filed this week against the company for false advertising and fraud. Time Warner is in a bit of hot water with the city of Los Angeles, too, for deceptive business practices and false advertising.

UK ISP bows to record industry, to send P2P warning letters

British ISP Virgin Media has come to an agreement with the BPI, which represents the record industry, to warm filesharers on its network about the dangers of copyright infringement.
